Check out our first instalment of Poet In The Kennel, Colourism by ThePalaceOfTheDogs member, Chia Phoenix. The poem was initially performed at The Hidden Science Of Colourism Lecture, to protest against the slave old grip of colourism the “Willy Lynch Letter” has on the black community today. A doctrine designed to create hierarchy and division between slaves, to keep them powerless. The video was directed and filmed by Daniel Bailey. Enjoy.
